  1. 250g Frozen or fresh cranberries

  2. 3/4 cup orange juice

  3. 3/4 cup sugar tablespoon ground cinnamon handful raisins handful optional chopped pecan nuts

  1. Put the orange juice in the saucepan on a medium heat and add the sugar and mix until dissolved. Allow to get to a simmer.

  2. Add the cranberries and simmer for 10-12 mins. You will then hear them start to pop/burst, continue simmering for a couple of mins. Add the tablespoon of cinnamon, raisins and the pecan nuts. Mix in well.

  3. Take off the heat and allow to cool down. The sauce will thicken as it cools down.
