  3. 1/3 cup 78ml Mayonnaise

  4. 3 teaspoons 15ml Worcestershire sauce

  5. 2 Egg yolks Salt

  6. 1/2 cup 118ml Green bell pepper - cored, se Pepper - ground

  7. 12 oz 340g Crabmeat - well picked over

  8. 1 Garlic - chopped

  9. 3 tablespoons 45ml Cracker crumbs

  10. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dry mustard

  1. Recipe Instructions Preheat the oven to 350F Cut the oysters into several pieces. Place in the half shells on a baking sheet. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Toss gently. Pile the mixture on top of the oysters. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve hot
