  1. 12 large baked low-fat tortilla chips (about 1-1/2 ounces)

  2. 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese

  3. 1/4 cup fat-free refried beans

  4. 2 tablespoons chunky salsa

  1. Arrange chips in single layer on large microwavable plate. Sprinkle cheese evenly over chips.

  2. Spoon 1 teaspoon beans over each chip; top with 1/2 teaspoon salsa.

  3. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) 1-1/2 minutes ; rotate dish.* Microwave 1 to 1-1/2 minutes more or until cheese is melted.

  4. *This recipe was tested in a 1100-watt microwave oven.
