  1. 26 soda crackers, crumbled

  2. 1/2 cup butter

  3. 6 slices bacon , fried and crumbled

  4. 2 eggs , beat until creamy

  5. 3/4 cup sour cream

  6. 1 cup onion , chopped

  7. 1 cup grated emmenthaler cheese (Gouda good too)

  8. 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

  9. salt and pepper

  1. In a pie plate make a crust of the soda crackers and the butter.

  2. To the beaten eggs add; sour cream,emmenthal, cheddar,Bacon, salt& pepper.

  3. Pour into the cracker crust.

  4. Bake 375F degrees 25-30 minutes (until a knife comes out clean when inserted in the middle).

  5. Let it sit for 10 min before cutting.
