  6. 1/2 cup Mayonnaise -- low-fat

  7. 2 teaspoons Taco seasoning mix

  8. 6 each Flour tortilla (8 type)

  9. 2 ounces Shredded cheese -- low-fat

  10. 1/2 cup 1/2 pound Thinly sliced cooked turkey

  11. 1 large Tomato -- thinly sliced

  12. Leaf lettuce

  13. Mix mayonnaise and seasoning mix; spread on each tortilla; sprinkle with

  14. cheese.

  15. Layer with turkey, tomato and lettuce, leaving about 2 iches at one side

  16. covered with mayonnaise mixture only.

  17. Beginning at side layered with turkey, roll up each tortilla.

  18. To serve immediately, cut in half. Or, securely wrap uncut burritos with
