  1. 3 ea Potatoes, medium, peeled or 1 x Unpeeled 2 tb Margarine, low-cal, melted

  2. 1 1/2ts Oil, olive

  3. 1 x Paprika

  1. + Directions : Halve potatoes lengthwise and slice into 1/2-inch thick strips. Put margarine and olive oil in bowl; add potatoes, tossing to coat well. Arrange potato strips in single layer on non-stick baking sheet. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in preheated 450 degree oven 30 to 40 minutes.
