  1. 1 Pork and beans

  2. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Pork barbeque - shredded

  3. 1 Green bell pepper - chopped

  4. 1 Red bell pepper - chopped

  5. 2 Jalapenos - seeded and chopped

  6. 1 Vidalia onion - chopped (large)

  7. 4 Celery - chopped

  8. 3/4 cup 177ml Barbeque sauce

  9. 2 tablespoons 30ml Prepared brown mustard

  10. 3 tablespoons 45ml Brown sugar

  11. 1/4 cup 59ml Molasses

  12. 2 tablespoons 30ml Worcestershire sauce

  13. 2 Shakes hot sauce

  14. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  15. 1 teaspoon 5ml Black pepper

  16. 1 teaspoon 5ml Garlic powder

  17. 1 tablespoon 15ml Chili powder

  18. 1 tablespoon 15ml Cumin

  19. 1 Beer

  1. Mix ingredients in a sturdy aluminum pan or an old pot--don't use your wife's favorite as it will get black.

  2. Smoke beans for about 6 hrs. (or until the ribs are done).
