  2. "GOOD LUCK" RICE CUSTARD

  6. 1 1/2 c Raw rice

  7. 2 cn Evaporated milk

  8. 5 ounces

  9. Each)

  10. 1/2 c Raisins

  11. 1/2 Box vanilla pudding

  12. Ounce size)

  13. 5 Eggs, separated

  14. 1 t Vanilla

  15. Cinnamon to taste

  16. Milk

  17. Cook the rice in 4 cups of water, add the sugar

  18. and cook until almost tender. Add the evaporated milk

  19. and raisins. Mix the pudding in a cup of milk and add

  20. to the rice mixture. Beat the egg whites until stiff.

  21. Beat the yolks separately and then mix the whites and yolks mixture. Then turn off the heat. Mix well. If

  22. it seems a little thick just add some more milk.
