  1. 3/4 lb. cooked salmon fillet , flaked into 1" pieces

  2. 8 oz. rotini pasta , cooked and drained

  3. 1 smaller cucumber , peeled, seeded and diced

  4. 1 green onion , thinly sliced

  5. 1/3 cup mayonnaise

  6. 3 Tbps. buttermilk or plain yogurt

  7. 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

  8. 1 teas. lemon zest

  9. 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill weed

  10. 2 tsp. chopped chives salt & pepper to taste

  1. How to make it In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream (or yogurt), lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, chives, salt and pepper. Whisk until well combined. In a larger salad bowl, combine salmon, pasta, cucumber and green onion. Stir together gently so the salmon remains in chunks. Add dressing and stir together again. Place in fridge and allow to chill 2 hours.
