  8. 1 lg Egg; lightly beaten

  9. 1 c Milk

  10. 1/4 c Vegetable Oil

  11. 3/4 ts Spicy Brown Mustard

  12. 1/2 ts Worcestershire Sauce

  13. 3 Drops Hot Sauce

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a lg.

  2. bowl; stir in ham and cheese.

  3. Make a well in center of mixture.

  4. Combine egg and next 5 ingred.

  5. ; add to dry ingred.

  6. , stirring just until moistened.

  7. Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling 2/3 full.

  8. Bake at 400 for 22-25 min.

  9. Remove from pans immediately.

  10. Yield: 1 dozen.
