  1. for Strawberry Bavarian Cream Recipe

  2. 1 cup fresh strawberries, rubbed through a colander

  3. 1/4 cup sugar

  4. 1/4 ounce gelatin, dissolved in a double boiler after the preliminary soaking and draining

  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  6. 1 cup heavy cream

  1. Strain the dissolved gelatin into the strawberries.

  2. Add sugar and salt and mix.

  3. Whip the cream, and fold it into the strawberry mixture.

  4. Put into molds wet with cold water.

  5. Serve with crushed and sweetened fresh strawberries.
