  3. 1 cup thinly sliced onions -

  4. 1/4 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper -

  5. 1/4 cup thinly sliced yellow bell pepper -

  6. 1/4 cup sliced Spanish olives -

  7. 1/4 cup finely diced summer squash -

  8. 1 large can crushed tomatoes -

  9. 1 medium can tomato sauce -

  10. 1 small can tomato paste -

  11. 1 tablespoon chopped garlic -

  12. 1 teaspoon dry oregano -

  13. 2 teaspoons dry basil -

  14. 1 teaspoon dry marjoram Salt to taste -

  15. 1 teaspoon olive oil -

  16. 1 pound angel hair pasta

  1. Cut sausages into bite sized pieces and place in a large sauce pan over medium high heat. When sausage starts to brown add veggies. After sausage is browned and the onions are clear, add the tomato paste. When well mixed add the crushed tomatoes and the tomato sauce; drop heat down to medium low. When well blended add the spices and salt to taste. In another large pot filled with water, add salt and olive oil; bring to a boil. Add pasta and cook to desired doneness. Strain pasta and turn off the sauce. Spoon sauce over pasta and enjoy.
