  1. Mix beef with marinade.

  2. Saute red chili and Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Garlic Sauce in 1 tbsp oil. Add pumpkin and stir well. Stir in sauce mix and cook for about 15 minutes until pumpkin is tender.

  3. Stir in beef and cook until beef is just done.
