  1. BROWNIE:

  2. 1/2 cup butter

  3. 1 cup sugar

  4. 4 egg s

  5. 1 - 1 lb. bottle Hershey's Chocolate Syrup

  6. 1 cup flour

  7. FROSTING :

  8. 11/3 cups sugar

  9. 6 tablespoons butter

  10. 6 tablespoons milk

  11. 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  1. BROWNIE:

  2. Cream butter; add sugar and beat well. Add eggs, and beat well until blended. Blend in chocolate syrup. Stir in flour. Grease 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 - 30 minutes. Cool.

  3. FROSTING:

  4. Combine sugar, milk and butter. Boil for 1 minute. Add chips, and cook over medium heat until chips are melted, stirring constantly. Pour over cooled brownies.

  5. Refrigerate, covered with plastic wrap.
