  1. 14 oz Can crushed pineapple

  2. 1/2 c All purpose flour

  3. 1/2 ts Salt

  4. 1 ts Baking soda

  5. 1/2 c White sugar

  1. Mix above ingredients together and Bake at 325F for 30 to 40 minutes. Ice with nut icing.
