  7. 2 to 3 teaspoons minced ginger root or 1 to 2 teaspoons ground ginger, to taste

  8. 1 (14 1/2 ounces) can reduced-sodium fat-free chicken broth

  9. 2 Tablespoons cornstarch

  10. 1/2 Teaspoon crushed red pepper

  11. 2 to 3 Tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce

  12. 4 Cups cooked rice

  13. Sliced green onions or chopped peanuts for garnish
