  4. 750 ml Pure Sesame Oil

  5. 1 1/2 tsp Water

  6. 2 tbsp Corn starch

  7. 2 tbsp Salt

  8. 3/4 tsp Pepper to taste

  1. Boil water. Add assorted seafood, scallop, dried scallop, Chinese mushrooms and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Stir in seasoning mix and bring to the boil. Heat off. Stir in egg whites immediately. Sprinkle with Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil and Chinese parsley. Remarks: Assorted seafood such as lobster meat, prawn meat, crab meat and squid etc.
