  1. 1 Round loaf French bread

  2. 1 Frozen chopped spinach - , thawed

  3. 1 cup 237ml Mayonnaise

  4. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Sour cream

  5. 1 Knorr dry vegetable soup mix

  6. 1 Water chestnuts - , finely chopped

  7. 3 Green onions - , finely chopped

  1. Recipe Instructions Squeeze spinach until dry. Stir together spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, water chestnuts and green onions. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Cut top from French bread and remove bread from inside to make a bowl for the dip. Use removed bread, cubed, for dippers or use crisp vegetables or crackers.
