  7. 3 c Apple cider vinegar

  8. 10 c Sugar

  9. 20 Jalapenos, stemmed, seeded,

  10. -finely diced

  11. 3 lg Anaheim chilies,

  12. -seeded and finely diced

  13. 12 oz Liquid pectin

  14. Paraffin

  15. In a large saucepan over high heat, bring the vinegar

  16. and sugar to a boil. Stir mixture until sugar is

  17. dissoved, and lower heat to simmer. Add the jalepenos

  18. and Anaheims, and simmer for 10 minutes, all the while

  19. skimming foam from the top. Stir in the pectin and bring to a boil. Boil for one minute, remove from

  20. heat, and let stand for 20 minutes. Pour into hot

  21. steralized jars and seal with paraffin. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
