  3. 1 c Cooked Crabmeat

  4. 2 Beaten Eggs

  5. 3 c Cooked Rice

  6. 2 tb Maggi Seasoning

  7. 2 tb Fish Sauce (Nam Pla)

  8. 2 tb Sugar

  9. 1 Chopped Green Onion/Scallion

  10. 1/4c Fish Sauce (Nam Pla)

  11. 5 Finely Chopped Green Thai

  12. - Peppers (Prik Kee Noo)

  13. 1 Sliced Tomato

  14. 1/2c Sliced Cucumber

  15. Cilantro/Coriander Leaves

  16. 4 Lemons, Cut In Wedges

  1. + A delicious accompaniment for any dish.

  2. Vary the number of chili peppers in the sauce according to personal taste.

  3. ~-- Heat a large skillet and add the oil.

  4. Stir-fry the garlic, crab and eggs together until the egg is cooked.

  5. Add the rice, Maggi seasoning, fish sauce and sugar.

  6. Continue to stir-fry until the mixture is hot.

  7. Add the green onion.

  8. Mix together the sauce ingredients.

  9. Remove the rice to a serving dish, decorate with the garnish, and serve with the sauce on the side.

  10. NOTE: Maggi seasoning is a sauce which is used in many Asian and Southeast Asian dishes, Maggi seasoning is found in Asian food stores.
