  2. Flour 1/4

  4. Baking powder

  1. Pour flour in a mound on the counter.

  2. Make a whole in the centre.

  3. Sprinkle in salt & baking powder.

  4. Add 1/2 the water & with your hand, mix the water & the flour.

  5. Add the rest of the water & continue to work until the dough is smooth.

  6. Knead well for 5 minutes.

  7. Cover & set aside for 30 minutes.

  8. Knead dough on well floured surface.

  9. Roll into a long sausage shape about 1" in diameter.

  10. Cut into pieces 1" wide.

  11. Dust with flour & flatten each piece into a round.

  12. Roll each round with your hands until you have a perfect circle of 3" to 3 1/2" & the thickness of a coin.

  13. Fill with the filling of your choice.
