  1. 1 can fruit cocktail (16 oz.) -- drained

  2. 4 eggs

  3. 1 pint vanilla ice cream

  4. 1 cup ginger ale -- chilled Additional vanilla ice cream

  1. Preparation : Combine half of first 3 ingredients in container of electric blender; process until smooth. Pour mixture into a large bowl. Repeat procedure. Gently stir in ginger ale. Pour into individual glasses; top with additional ice cream, if desired. Serve immediately.
