  1. 1 8 ounce block of cream cheese

  2. 1/4 inch

  3. 4 ounces of provolone cheese diced

  4. 1/2 cup of roasted red peppers

  5. 1/2 cup of chopped green olives , drained

  6. 1 clove of garlic minced

  7. pinch of red pepper flakes

  8. pinch of dried oregano

  9. minced fresh parsley , enough to cover pie pan

  1. Combine cream cheese, cubed salami, provolone with the peppers, green olives, garlic and seasonings.

  2. Reserve parsley for garnishing the top.

  3. Spread the mixture into a pie plate.

  4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes Top with parsley Serve with crackers or chips.
