    6. 3/4 c Sugar

    7. 1/2 c Milk

    8. 1/8 ts Salt

    9. 1 tb Light corn syrup

    10. 1 tb Butter or margarine

    11. 3/4 c Quick-cooking oatmeal

    12. 3/4 c Flaked coconut

    13. 1/4 c Chopped nuts

    14. Combine gelatin, sugar, milk, salt and syrup in medium- size saucepan.

    15. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, to soft-ball stage, 236

    16. degrees. Remove from heat; stir in butter, oatmeal, coconut and nuts. Drop

    17. immediately by tablespoon onto waxed paper. Cool. Wis/Gramma --
