  2. 10 carrots, peeled, cut in small pieces

  3. 2 tablespoons butter Seasonings to taste

  1. Instructions Boil the carrots in salted water for 20 minutes. Drain off water. Pass them through a sieve. Put carrot pulp in a sauce pan, and add seasonings and butter. Place sauce pan on the fire and cook until the butter has melted. While carrots are being prepared, broil the lamb chops. This will require about 10 minutes. Serve chops on the mashed carrots.
