  1. 250g plain chocolate

  2. 250ml soya milk

  3. 5 tbsp organic sunflower oil

  4. 250ml soya cream

  5. 1tsp vanilla essence

  1. Melt together the soya milk & chocolate in a pan over a gentle heat.

  2. When fully melted blend in the oil, vanilla and soya cream.

  3. Allow to cool and add to your ice cream maker following the manufacturer's freezing instructions. Alternatively, pour into a rigid, freezer-proof container and freeze for about 6 hours. Remove from the freezer every 1½ hours and mash vigorously with a fork to break up the ice crystals.
