  1. INGREDIENTS:

  2. 1 big tomato

  3. 2 cups yogurt

  4. a few curry leaves

  5. 1/4 tsp mustard

  6. a small pinch hing

  7. 2 to 3 green chillies, chopped

  8. 1 1/2 tsp cooking oil

  9. a small bunch cilantro, finely chopped

  10. DIRECTIONS:

  11. 10 to 15 minutes, till it gets cooked.

  12. Peel the skin and mash it well and keep it aside.

  13. Fry mustard, hing, and curry leaves in oil, and add this to the

  14. mashed tomato.

  15. Mix yogurt, green chillies, salt to the mashed tomato and mix it well.

  16. Decorate with chopped cilantro.
