  1. 1 1/2 pounds Beef tenderloin

  2. cup Soy sauce

  3. cup Dry sherry

  4. 2 tablespoons Sugar

  5. 2 teaspoons Dry mustard

  6. 4 eaches Garlic cloves, minced

  1. Partially freeze beef. Thinly slice across the grain into bite-size strips. Combine soy sauce, wine, sugar and mustard and garlic; add beef and let stand 15 minutes at room temperature. Thread meat, accordian style, on small skewers. Pre-heat both sides of gas grill on HIGH for 10 minutes. Place skewers on grids; close hood and cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until meat is done, turning and basting often with marinade. Submitted By GRANT AMES On 02-03-95
