  2. PENNE PASTA WITH TUNA

  6. 1 cn (7 oz) tuna -- drained

  7. -- optional 1/2 c Walnuts

  8. 1 Lemon's rind

  9. 1 t Worcestershire sauce

  10. 1/4 c Chopped parsley

  11. 4 Fresh basil leaves

  12. 1/2 c Olive oil

  13. 1/2 ts Salt

  14. 1/4 ts Pepper

  15. 1 lb Penne pasta

  16. Put tuna, walnuts, lemon rind, Worcestershire sauce, parsley,

  17. basil, oil, salt, and pepper into a food processor or blender.

  18. Cover and process or blend until smooth. Cook pasta according to

  19. package directions; drain. Stir in tuna mixture, coating pasta

  20. 4 to 6 servings.
