  2. 5 ounces firm silken tofu

  3. 1/2 pkg

  4. 3 3/4 ounces canned sockeye salmon

  5. 3 ounces smoked salmon

  6. 2 tablespoons fresh dill -- chopped

  7. 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  8. 1 tablespoon green onion -- chopped

  9. 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise

  10. 1/2 teaspoon horseradish

  11. 1 pinch pepper

  1. Place tofu in sieve; drain for 15 minutes, discarding liquid. Drain salmon, discarding skin and mashing bones.

  2. In food processor, mix together tofu, salmon, smoked salmon, dill, lemon juice, onion, mayonnaise, horseradish and pepper until smooth.

  3. Spoon into bowl; cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
