  1. 4 tablespoons 60ml Frozen orange juice concentrate

  2. 3/4 cup 148g / 5 1/5oz Sugar

  3. 1 cup 237ml Milk

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Orange zest

  5. 1 cup 237ml Heavy cream

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Grand Marnier - or to taste Garnish Mint Candied orange zest

  1. Recipe Instructions In a large bowl combine frozen orange juice concentrate, sugar, milk and zest. In a separate bowl whip cream and vanilla to stiff peaks. Gently fold whipped cream into orange mixture to combine. Pour into a loaf pan and freeze overnight. Scoop into decorative dishes and drizzle with Grand Marnier. Garnish with a sprig of mint and candied orange zest. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
