  1. 4 tubes buttermilk biscuits

  2. 1 1/3 c. sugar, white or brown

  3. 2 tsp. cinnamon

  4. 1/2 c. butter

  5. 1 tsp. vanilla

  1. Cut biscuits into fourths. Mix together 2/3 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon; roll each piece into mixture. Drop biscuits into a greased angel food cake pan. Combine remaining sugar, cinnamon, butter and vanilla in saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Pour syrup over biscuits. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn immediately onto a plate.
