  1. For The Dressing

  2. 2 tbsp sesame seeds (til)

  3. 1 tbsp poppy seeds (khus-khus)

  4. 4 tbsp sugar

  5. 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil

  6. 4 tbsp vinegar

  7. 1/2 tsp white pepper powder

  8. 1/2 tbsp red chillies flakes

  9. 1/2 tsp vegetarian worcestershire sauce , readily available in the market

  10. 1 tbsp finely chopped onions

  11. Other Ingredients

  12. 3 cups spinach (palak) leaves , finely torn into pieces

  13. 2 1/4 cups sliced strawberries

  14. 3 tbsp blanched and almond (badam) slivers (badam)

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  2. Cover and keep in the refrigerated for at least an hour.

  3. Just before serving, combine the spinach, strawberries and almonds in a bowl, pour dressing over the salad and toss well.

  4. Serve immediately.
