  2. 2 cups chicken broth

  3. 6 tbsp. dry sherry

  4. 1/4 cup soy sauce

  5. 1 tbsp. finely grated orange peel

  6. 1 tbsp. honey

  7. 2 1/2 pounds boneless pork loin, cut into cubes

  8. 2 pounds Yukon gold potatoes, quartered

  9. 6 green onions, cut into 1 inch pieces

  10. 3 cloves garlic, peeled and slivered

  11. 2 tbsp. white vinegar

  1. Stir together chicken broth, sherry, soy sauce, orange peel and honey in a large pot until honey dissolves. Stir in pork cubes, potatoes and green onions. Heat to a simmer over medium high heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low. Cover the pan and simmer pork about 2 hours until very tender, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot cooked rice if desired.
