  1. 3 Size cucumbers (medium)

  2. 1 cup 237ml Plain low-fat yogurt

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Fresh lemon juice

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Ground cumin

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dried mint leaves

  1. Peel cucumber, cut in half, discard seeds and slice thinly.

  2. Mix remaining ingredients together, add cucumbers and stir together.
