  1. 1 ts Butter or margarine

  2. 1 lb Lump crabmeat

  3. 1/2c Grated onion

  4. 2 c Milk

  5. 1/2ts Salt

  6. 1/2c Whipping cream

  7. 1 ds Of Pepper

  8. 1/2ts Worcestershire sauce

  9. 1 tb All-purpose flour

  1. + Directions : Sherry to taste Melt butter in top of a double boiler over hot water. Add onion, salt and pepper; stir well. Stir in flour, mixing well. Add crabmeat; cook for 5 minutes. Combine milk, whipping cream and Worcestershire sauce. Gradually add milk mixture to crabmeat mixtue, stirring well. Heat thoroughly. Ladle soup into individual serving bowls. Add sherry to taste.
