  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Balsamic vinegar

  3. 1 Shallot - finely chopped

  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  5. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Freshly ground pepper

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar. Close tightly, and shake vigorously. Use on poultry.
