  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Salad oil

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Butter

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Dry white wine

  5. 2 teaspoons 10ml Curry powder

  6. 1 Salt

  7. 1 Freshly-ground black pepper

  8. 1/4 cup 59ml Heavy cream

  9. Chutney - for serving

  1. Dry legs will with paper towels and saute in oil and butter over high heat for about 5 minutes. Pour off fat and add wine. Cover skillet and cook over high heat for about 3 minutes, shaking pan occasionally. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over legs; heat to simmering. Serve with chutney.
