  1. INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTIONS:

  3. 1 egg

  4. 1 tsp. baking powder

  5. 1 tsp. salt

  6. 1 tbsp. vinegar

  7. 1 tbsp. sugar

  8. 1 c. flour

  9. 3 more cups of flour, by mixer or hand, I use mixer. Makes

  10. 2 double crusted pies, I make a double batch, roll out on wax paper and freeze flat.

  11. Did you ever think of baking your double crusted in a common brown paper bag, sure saves the oven and gets just as brown.
