  1. 4 Pounds Ground beef

  2. 4 eggs

  3. 2 Cups dry bread crumbs

  4. 1/2 finely chopped onion

  5. 1 Tablespoon salt

  6. 2 Tablespoons cornstarch

  7. 1/4 Teaspoon pepper

  8. 2 Teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

  1. Preparation : Preheat oven to 400. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Blend well. Shape mixture into 1 inch balls. Place meatballs on ungreased baking sheets and bake 10 - 15 minutes or until brown. Remove and drain on paper towels. When cooled put about 30 meatballs into freezer bags. Use within 3 months. Makes 140.
