  1. Unsweetened cocoa powder, for rimming

  2. 1 ounce dark creme de cacao, plus more for rimming

  3. 2 ounces vodka

  4. Dark or milk chocolate truffle

  1. Moisten the rim of a cocktail glass with crème de cacao, rim with cocoa powder, and chill the glass. Shake the crème de cacao and vodka with ice; then strain into the glass. Garnish with a dark or milk chocolate truffle.

  3. White Chocolate Martini: Using the Chocolate Martini recipe above, omit the cocoa, and substitute white crème de cacao for the dark crème de cacao.
