  1. 3/4 cup soy sauce

  2. 1/2 cup sugar

  3. 1/2 cup water

  4. 1 garlic clove, minced

  5. 4 pounds country-style pork ribs

  1. Combine the first four ingredients; stir to dissolve sugar. Pour into a 2-gal. resealable plastic bag; add ribs and turn to coat. Seal bag; refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally. Drain and discard marinade.

  2. Grill, covered, over medium heat, turning occasionally, for 30-40 minutes or until juices run clear. Yield: 6-8 servings.
