  1. 300g cooked chicken breast, diced

  2. 4 tablespoons finely chopped red onion

  3. 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

  4. 2 tablespoons Greek yoghurt

  5. 4 tablespoons houmous

  6. 4 tablespoons Kalamata olives, chopped

  7. 4 tablespoons finely chopped red pepper

  8. 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill

  9. 4 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese

  1. Break up chicken in a large bowl using a fork. Stir in onion, lemon juice, yogurt, houmous, olives, red pepper and dill. Toss to combine. Sprinkle with feta cheese to serve.
