  3. 90 g 50 g 50 g Shredded fried egg sheet

  4. 1 pc Toasted laver

  5. 1 pc

  6. Premium Oyster Sauce

  7. 4 tbsp Pure Sesame Oil

  8. 2 tsp

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Remove stalks of eggplant. Add cold water and bring to the boil. Rinse eggplant until cold and use chopsticks to tear into strips. Cut into sections.

  2. Mix eggplant with the rest of ingredients and seasoning mix. Serve at once.
