  1. 1 kg finely sliced potatoes oil for frying

  2. 1/4 cup oil

  3. 7 curry leaves (kadi patta)

  4. 2 tsp chopped green chillies

  5. 1 kg chopped tomatoes

  6. 2 tbsp achar masala mix salt to taste

  7. 1 tsp lemon juice For The Garnish

  8. 2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)

  1. Fry the sliced potatoes in a frying pan, fry till they turn golden brown from all the sides. Keep aside. Heat the oil in a wok, add the curry leaves, green chillies, tomatoes and the achar masala mix. Mix well and cook till the oil forms a separate layer on top. Add the fried potatoe slices, salt, lemon juice and little water, mix well and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Serve hot garnish with coriandetr.
