  1. 2 tablespoons olive oil salt and pepper

  2. 2 cups broccoli -- sliced

  3. 1 clove garlic -- minced

  4. 2 tablespoons pine nuts

  1. Preparation : Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add the oil, broccoli and garlic. Cook until the broccoli is tender crisp and beginning to brown (about 4 minutes), stirring occasionally. Stir in the pine nuts. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
