  1. INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTIONS:

  2. 3 c. peeled and sliced peaches

  3. 1 tbsp. lemon juice

  4. 1 tsp. lemon rind

  5. 1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch

  6. Mix well and place in pie shell.

  7. TOPPING:

  8. 1/2 c. flour

  9. 1/2 c. sugar

  10. 1/2 tsp. nutmeg or cinnamon

  11. 3 to 4 tbsp. soft butter

  12. 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Lower heat then to

  13. 300 degrees and bake

  14. 10 to 20 minutes until filling bubbles.
