  2. 1/2 cup olive oil

  3. 1/2 cup soy sauce

  4. 1/4 cup balsamic or red wine vinegar

  5. 2 tbsp. minced garlic

  6. 4 tsp. crumbled dry rosemary

  7. 1 1/2 tsp. pepper

  8. 2 1/2 pounds boneless top sirloin steak

  1. Mix together oil, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and rosemary in a glass baking dish. Add steak and turn to coat. Sprinkle with pepper. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally. Bring steak to room temperature before grilling to desired doneness.
