  2. 3 Green onions, chopped

  3. 1 c Low fat cottage cheese

  4. 1 ts Dried dill

  5. 1/4 c Grated parmesan cheese

  6. 1/2 c 1% milk

  1. Combine all in a mixing bowl. Pour into casserole dish sprayed with nonstick spray.

  2. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes.
