  1. 1 cup 237ml Light apple pie filling

  2. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Apple pie spice

  3. 2 1/2 cups 592ml Vanilla low-fat ice cream - softened

  4. 6 tablespoons 90ml Low-fat cinnamon crisp graham cracker crumbs about 8 crackers

  1. Place apple pie filling in a bowl, and coarsely chop apple slices using kitchen scissors or a knife. Add pie spice, and stir well. Spoon 3 tablespoons ice cream into each of 4 parfait glasses; top each with 2 tablespoons pie filling mixture and 1 tablespoon crumbs. Spoon 3 tablespoons ice cream over crumbs, and top with 2 tablespoons pie filling mixture. Sprinkle 1 1/2 teaspoons crumbs over each parfait. Serve immediately or freeze until ready to serve.
